Security & Data Protection
ENNOVA Group Ltd designs digital platforms with security and data protection in mind. This page describes high-level principles. It does not disclose internal controls, claim certifications, or guarantee that systems cannot be compromised.
Secure software design
Platforms are developed with access boundaries, input validation, and least-privilege design in mind so operational functions are limited to authorized users.
Access control
Client organizations control which of their users may access a platform. ENNOVA support access, where needed, is intended to be limited to authorized personnel for delivery and support.
Data protection
Operational records are processed to deliver the service the client organization has engaged. Reasonable measures are used to protect data in transit and at rest according to the hosting and platform design in use.
Auditability
Where relevant, platforms are designed so key operational actions can be reviewed through records, reports, or logs available to the client organization.
Transaction and reconciliation integrity
Financial-operation platforms are designed to support consistent ledgers, receipts, and reconciliation reports. ENNOVA provides the software records; it does not hold customer deposits or act as a bank.
Infrastructure security
Hosting and related infrastructure are selected and configured with security in mind. Specific vendors, configurations, and credentials are not published on this website.
Continuous improvement
ENNOVA reviews and improves platform security practices over time as systems, threats, and client needs evolve.
Responsible integrations
Where a platform is prepared to connect to a payment service provider, financial institution, or other system, integrations are intended to exchange only the data needed for the agreed process, subject to the partner’s own security and terms.
